Online Sales Policy
You (the customer) are responsible for verifying that the dress you are ordering is the correct size for you. If you are unsure, please contact Classics Bridal and Formal Wear with your measurements, by telephone or email before placing your order and we will be happy to help you find the best size for you.
If the dress that you are ordering is not currently in our stock, we will contact you with an approximate shipping date prior to accepting payment for the item(s). Typical processing times for out of stock items are: 2-4 weeks for Prom and Social Occassion dresses, 8-10 weeks for Brides Maid Dresses, and 10-12 weeks for Bridal Gowns.
There are certain occasions where a rush charge may need to be applied to your order, if this is the case, then you will be notified prior to the completion of your order. You may then opt to cancel your order if you wish.
You will be notified of any shipping charges prior to your payment being accepted.
